Stumphouse Tunnel park is open daily, year-round except Christrmas Day or during inclement weather. The park hours are 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM. All vehicles and people must be out of the park by 5:00 PM.

There is no fee except for reserving the large picnic shelter for group outings.
